Mrs Beakly is Scrooge's Housekeeper and the Nephews' Nanny. She is also the grandmother and legal guardian of Webby Vanderquack. Mrs Beakly and Webby were homeless when she interviewed for the position as Scrooge's Nanny. She offered to work for nothing but room and bored for her and Webby which Scrooge couldn't refuse. She is easily flustered and gullible but not stupid. She sometimes goes along with Scrooge Launchpad and the nephews on their adventures especially when Webby insists on tagging along. She last appeared in Dangerous Currency as one of the citizens who fights back the slime.
