Mrs Coot is a female anthropomorphic parrot.

This parrot woman married Mr Coot, son of Casey Coot, and together they had two sons, Marmaduke and Botcho. Judging from how both turned out to be kooky inventors, it is probable that either Mrs Coot or her husband had at least some interest in gadgeteering.
