Description[]
Mrs Encaissetou was, in 1938, the cashier/ticket-seller of the Anvers Zoo in Belgium, and the owner of an extravagant feathered hat. As he pilfered any and all feathers in the Zoo for his carnival costume, Spirou even stole the feathers in said hat, somehow.

Mrs Encaissetou appears in the 1938 comic Spirou and the Mystery of the Zoo. Being a Spirou character, she does not belong to the Walt Disney Company, although Spirou is considered canon on this wiki.
Her name literally means "Mrs Cashitallin" in French.
