Description[]
A sailor aboard a ship aboard which Bill Money, Spirou and their friends traveled during Money's attempts to spend Doug Maggs's money, Joe took wicked Jim Rascal's deal to help lock up and rob Money, only to grow even greedier and turn pirate altogether (becoming the captain). Spirou, Bill and Mr Papyrus escaped, but Joe ended up throwing Rascal overboard and leaving him to drown.
