Onerous Odor is a comic one-pager written by Bill Walsh, penciled by Paul Murry and inked by Dick Moores. It features Panchito Pistoles, Señor Martinez, and, in their debuts, Carmelina and her father.
Description[]
At the hairdresser's in preparation for his long-awaited date with Carmelina, Panchito Pistoles is given a generous dose of ”Fleur de Cactus” Lotion. Despite the coiffeur's reassurances otherwise, the fragrance proves a bit… much.

Behind the scenes[]
First in English in 1944 as a nameless newspaper strip, this story was reprinted, and given its title, in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #672. It then reappeared again in 2019's Silly Symphonies: The Sunday Newspaper Comics, Volume 4.
