Pearl Jams and Secondary Clauses (Aan een boom zó vol geladen, mist men één, twee ballen niet. in the original Dutch) is a comic story written by Jan Kruse, penciled by Bas Heymans and inked by Peter Collé. It features Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, and, in their debuts, Rudy Rubinoff and his wife and children. Emily Quackfaster is also mentioned.

Description

Finding his Uncle Scrooge worried sick about getting some pricey pearls he has acquired stolen from him by recently-released jewel thief “Red” Rudy Rubinoff, Donald Duck thinks up a clever scheme to hide the pearls in plain sight as Christmas tree ornaments. However, a passing Daisy Duck's generosity throws an unexpected Christmas wrench in the works…
