Pepper is a female anthropomorphic Duck and member of the F.O.W.L. Eggheads.
Description[]
A surprisingly upbeat and friendly F.O.W.L. operative, Pepper is the only member of the organization willing to serve as the Phantom Blot's partner on field missions. Indeed, Pepper seems to be the only one not put off by the Blot's gruff demeanor, and indeed seems eager to get on his rarely seen good side. For all her apparent loyalty to F.O.W.L., Pepper also isn't overtly hostile towards their adversaries, exchanging near-identical introductions with Webby during an encounter at Castle McDuck.
Behind the scenes[]
Pepper first appeared in the DuckTales 2017 episode "The Phantom and the Sorceress", which premiered in the United States on September 22, 2020. She is the first Egghead, or member of their counterparts the Eggmen, to be identified individually by name, and to be seen without the black visor/sunglasses piece most Eggheads/Eggmen wear with their egg-shaped helmets.
