Percival P. Peppington is a male anthropomorphic seagull from the 2017 Continuum.
Description[]
A flamboyantly dressed soda magnate, Percival P. Peppington is “Duckburg's worst liar”, often trying to claim more social status than his comparatively small fortune awards him. For example, in 2019, he was one of many people of low moral character who wormed themselves into Doofus Drake's birthday party in the hope of laying their hands on some of his money, under the guise of being the parents of fictitious child friends of Doofus's come to take them to the party.
Peppington was the first of the lot to be found out by Doofus, as the actor he had hired to portray his child was one of the very-obviously-grown-up Empire Brothers. Like the other frauds exposed by Doofus, Percival was thrown into a cellar full of bees by the psychopathic child. The next year, he tried to cheat his way into the "IT-party" of Emma Glamour at the Duckburg Museum by claiming he'd forgotten his pass, but was thrown out by Falcon Graves, who was acting as a bouncer.

Percival P. Peppington first appeared in the 2019 DuckTales 2017 episode Happy Birthday, Doofus Drake. Angones revealed a bit more about him on his Tumblr blog, also noting that he wasn't to be taken as an actual villain. Angones later pointed out his cameo in Louie's Eleven (2020), highlighting him on Twitter as “Duckburg's worst liar”.
