Description
A flamboyantly dressed soda magnate, Percival P. Peppington is “Duckburg's worst liar”, often trying to claim more social status than his comparatively small fortune awards him. For example, in 2019, he was one of many people of low moral character who wormed themselves into Doofus Drake's birthday party in the hope of laying their hands on some of his money, under the guise of being the parents of fictitious child friends of Doofus's come to take them to the party.
Peppington was the first of the lot to be found out by Doofus, as the actor he had hired to portray his child was one of the very-obviously-grown-up Empire Brothers.
