Phineas Sharp is an agent of F.O.W.L. and nemesis of S.H.U.S.H. agent Derek Blunt.

Background

After an antagonism of unspecified length between himself and Blunt, Sharp managed to steal a list of S.H.U.S.H. operative names and began hunting them down and eliminating them. He also arranged an auction in which the list would be sold to the highest bidder, attracting the likes of Magica De Spell, Hammerhead Hannigan, Flintheart Glomgold, and the Beagle Boys. As a result, Directer J. Gander Hooter paired Blunt with Darkwing Duck in hopes that the two would be able to thwart Sharp's plans.

Phineas Sharp was introduced in the Darkwing Duck episode "In Like Blunt".
