Phooey Duck is a more-or-less fictional, young anthropomorphic duck. The 2017 Continuum's counterpart of Phooey Duck, he briefly manifested as a real person inside a magical shared dreamstate in which Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck were absorbed by Lena De Spell's haywire powers.
Description
Dewey Duck and Webby Vanderquack first began speculating about Phooey's existence after mistaking a smudge on an old photograph for a fourth egg in 2019. Shortly after these playful "investigations" into a potential fourth nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck and Webby (alongside Violet) were sucked into a shared-dream realm by Lena De Spell's unstable magic, where they imagined Phooey into existence; he manifested as a duckling dressed in yellow with a beatnik look and a peaceful attitude.
