Description[]
A mysterious "miracle-worker" of a scientist from 1930's Brussels, Professor Poussepoil (whose name literally means "Hairgrowth" in French, suggesting it might be an alias) invented a miracle hair tonic that had the flaw of making hair grow vigorously anywhere except on a bald man's head. He still once managed to trick Spirou into buying a bottle for the benefit of his colleague Jefke, in 1938.

The Professor appears in the 1938 comic Spirou, Hair Artist. Being a Spirou character, he does not belong to the Walt Disney Company, although Spirou is considered canon on this wiki.
