Behind the scenes[]

First appearance in The Day Duckburg Got Dyed by Carl Barks
The "13 Quack Street" address originates in the 1957 story The Day Duckburg Got Dyed by Carl Barks. In other stories Barks has used different addresses for Donald, like The Secret of Atlantis, where he lives at 1313 Webfoot Walk.
In Barks's Interplanetary Postman, Uncle Scrooge's address is also on Quack Street, at number 1313.
In some Danish Mickey Mouse comics published by Egmont, where Mickey also lives in Duckburg and not Mouseton, he lives at 2317 Quack Street.
13 Quack Street (Dutch: Kwaaklaan 13) has become Donald's recurring address in Dutch comics, which have also established that Jones lives at number 15 and have introduced new neighbors moving into the house at 11 Quack Street – Eva and Lex Hamerslag.
Eva and Lex Hamerslag were chosen as Donald's new neighbors out of characters submitted for the contest by fans. The other finalists, Ko Flamingo, Greetje Gluur, Odilia Rommelkwast and Vlogger Lars have made a cameo appearance since, but it's not been determined whether they also live at Quack Street.
