Rubber Chicken was introduced in the Darkwing Duck episode Mutantcy on the Bounty. He would also have been a member of the Justice Ducks in the proposed Justice Ducks cartoon.[1] His abilities are similar to those of Marvel Comics' Mister Fantastic.
