Science of Flipism is a lifestyle guidebook written by Professor Batty in the early 1950's.
Science of Flipism was a thin green book self-published by Professor Batty about his philosophy of “flipism” — the idea that the ideal lifestyle was simply to entrust every decision in your day to a coin toss. He forecefully sold copies of the book for $1 to anyone who looked even vaguely interested in it. In 1953, one of those poor souls happened to be Donald Duck, to whom the book's rhyming counsel quickly brought much misery and troubles.
