It features Scrooge McDuck, Webby Vanderquack, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck and more (mentioning, among others, Goldie O'Gilt, the Terra-Firmians, Doctor Quackenbush, and various Clan McDuck members).

Description

The book purports itself to be a reproduction of Scrooge McDuck's Secret Guidebook, a diary of sorts where Scrooge McDuck records his experiences on various topics. The copy has been scribbled over by the Duck triplets and Webby.

References

• Scrooge McDuck once found some Leprechauns' pot of gold. The tricksters proceeded to try and get him to invest it in a supposedly-profitable venture that turned out to be a con. They also laughed at his spats.

Continuity

• The webcast commercial Solving Mysteries and Rewriting History! (A DuckTales Book) (2018) serves as the in-universe backstory for the Guidebook having gone public and gotten scribbled on by the children.
• The guidebook records several adventures seen on-screen in Season 1 of DuckTales 2017, such as Terror of the Terra-Firmians (2018).
• The guidebook also introduced several Clan McDuck ancestors later seen in the main series in The Secret(s) of Castle McDuck (2018).
