Some Ducks Have All The Luck is an illustrated text story by an unknown writer and illustrator. It features Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Gladstone Gander, and Huey, Dewey, and Louie.

Description Edit

Donald Duck is afraid that he won't be able to compete with Gladstone Gander in buying Daisy Duck a birthday present. As he follows Gladstone throughout Duckburg, he becomes increasingly discouraged, as Gladstone's luck seemingly continues to help him find valuable things. However, Gladstone is actually strangely unlucky this day, and is actually pretending to be lucky to trick Donald. Finally, Gladstone's luck actually wins him a free dinner for two at the Chez Swann.

Donald, discouraged, walks home, only to find that Huey, Dewey, and Louie have already found out what Daisy wanted most. They give it to Donald to give to her. Later, when Gladstone arrives at Daisy's house to invite her to the Chez Swann, Daisy tells him that she can't, because she must stay with the birthday present Donald gave to her: a kitten! Donald attends the Chez Swann with Gladstone in Daisy's place, while Gladstone mutters that "some Ducks have all the luck!".

Behind the scenes Edit
