The Sprite is the Wasteland version of Tinker Bell, a close friend and partner to Pete Pan and an enemy of Animatronic Hook.

Behind the scenes

She appears in the game Epic Mickey, where she is caged at the top of Animatronic Hook's ship. Freeing her will allow Pete Pan to come fight the boss for you.
