Taskmaster-523 is the Prefect of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Department of Assignments. He does not particularly like his job, being quick to read comics about anthropomorphic waterfowl when the day's work is done, but he does perform it conscientiously. This mostly involves deciding which Cupids will partner up and on what missions they'll go for the length of any given day.
