The Terrible Roc is or was a female Roc bird.
Description[]
An elephant-sized Roc bird with the appearance of an immense vulture, this aggressive Roc nesting on “the Roc's Island” in the Mediterranean once captured Deysi from the Bey A'Ghel Pirates for extremely unclear reasons, bringing her, unharmed, back to her nest, where a large grey egg awaited. Donald Duck's sailor ancestor, Sinbad Duck, eventually helped get Deysi to safety (leading to their marriage) and sent the Roc back to her nest.
