That Motherly Feeling is a comic story written by Vic Lockman, penciled by Tony Strobl and inked by Steve Steere. It features Madam Mim, the Beagle Boys, Spitfire, and, in their debut, the Beagle Brats.


Hit with a surge of motherly instinct, Madam Mim accepts the task of babysitting the Beagle Boys' three nephews the Beagle Brats. They are, unfortunately, more of a handful than the fickle witch expected…

Behind the scenesEdit

This story, the debut of the Beagle Brats, was only ever printed in the U.S.A. in August of 1965 in Walt Disney Comics and Stories #299. It was also printed in English in the Australian Walt Disney's Comics #284 and the British Donald and Mickey #15 (in a remounted version).
