Donald Duck's latest oddball project is to get himself elected to the Duckburg City Council — but how can a little guy with no monetary resources get the attention of the public when all the TV news have time for is the rivalry between the other two candidates of the district, old-pro windbags Julius Babblebomb and Kwickly Zipcoin?
