The Power Plant is a comic story written by Bob Foster and drawn by Frank Smith.
Plot
Ludwig von Drake, to help his nephew Donald Duck, has built an electric power plant in Donald's garage. There is a tiny flaw with the device, however, that could be said to defeat its entire point… it runs on electricity.
