Description[]
S.H.U.S.H.'s agents have begun forgetting their missions and names and acting in a ridiculous manner, thanks to the "Silly Signal", a creation of robotics genius Anna Matronic. Using a S.H.U.S.H. Radar Cape, Darkwing Duck (glad to get away from Launchpad, who has been annoying him by dancing along to his radio headphones non-stop) manages to track the robotic puppies (known as "Muttmatics") which have been spreading the signal to Anna Matronic's lair, but is captured by Matronic and tied up. Before Darkwing can be hit by the Silly Signal, Launchpad leaps in and shields Darkwing from the ray. Unaffected, Launchpad begins to untie Darkwing, as Matronic blasts him several times with the Silly Signal, before stopping to examine the ray and accidentally blasting herself. As Matronic, under the influence of the Signal, goes off to play with the Muttmatics, while Launchpad reveals his secret to being unaffected by the Signal - he blocked it by wearing his radio headphones.
