Tokio Seki is a Japanese actor from the Tokyo area.
Seki was the Japanese voice of Donald Duck, as well as several other Disney characters such as the Cheshire Cat and King Richard the Lionheart. As Donald Duck, he was replaced by Koichi Yamadera by the year 2000.
