The Treant is a giant tree-like humanoid.
Description[]
A large, bearded tree-man with purple leaves and bark, the Treant is one of the immortal creatures placed in their Fairy Realm by 15th century Scottish druids to make their mystical golf course more interesting. He appears to be a creature of simple pleasures, peacefully enjoying the scenery and the pure water of the nearby river — unless he is disturbed by rude mortals, in which case he becomes a formidable threat.
In 2017, when the Ducks challenged the Realm, Dewey Duck accidentally knocked his ball into what appeared to be a tree, quite far away from the target hole, only for it to turn around and reveal itself to be the Treant — who walked around for a bit before the ball fell out of his “hair”, landing it right into the hole. Not long after, Flintheart Glomgold tried to replicate this feat, only to anger the Treant, who picked him up and attempted to carry him away in punishment. Louie Duck, for a hefty pay, was somehow able to liberate his "boss”.
Behind the scenes[]
The Treant appears briefly in the 2017 episode of DuckTales 2017, The Missing Links of Moorshire.
