Tuskernini (sometimes Tuskerninni) is a walrus failed movie director turned criminal in Darkwing Duck. He is constantly accompanied by a trio of penguin minions.

Tuskernini was to have been one of the villains of the proposed Justice Ducks cartoon.[1]
