The Two-Headed Coach is a monstrous human (or duo thereof, depending on how one looks at it).
The Two-Headed Coach works as the coach driver for the area around the Hotel Transylvania, bringing new employees (and presumably guests, as well) to the hotel. During trips on his coach, one of its heads will watch the road, while the other chats with the passenger. It is unknown whether the coach driver works for the hotel or for his own benefit, although, as he charges passengers separately rather than be payed by the hotel, it would seem that it is the latter.
The Two-Headed Coach's origins and exact nature (whether a deformed human or merely a humanoid monster) are unclear, though it is worth mentioning that he seems to consider both of his heads appendages of a single entity, rather than two people stuck together in a Siamese-twin fashion. The Coach has four arms in all (though he only has two legs) and his horse is double-headed like himself.
Behind the scenesEdit
