Vacation Van Honk is an avid traveler from Duckburg, a perpetual tourist whom you have a surprising likelihood of bumping into wherever you go. Vacation is a friend of Scrooge McDuck, and was once invited to his birthday party.

Behind the scenes[]
Vacation Van Honk is a "recurring extra" who makes numerous appearances as a background character throughout DuckTales, starting with the episode Magica's Shadow War (released on September the 18th, 1987). He has made a few additional cameos in comic form.
It is speculated that he may be related to Gus Goose, and thereby to Scrooge, explaining his presence at Scrooge's birthday party in Sweet Duck of Youth.
